Extremely active voters and trusted industry voices are privately invited to join the jury. We curate this group to keep verdicts real and unbiased. Jury members cannot vote on their own games, can vote only once per game per event, and when an event requires full allocation they must balance praise and critique (no perfect all-positive runs). Each event can set its own allocation rules and tracked metrics.
